Stephane Peysson is currently Global Business Development Manager for Elastomers at Huntsman Polyurethanes (Everberg, Belgium).

Stephane Peysson started his career in specialty chemicals at Messer Griesheim (Hoechst) in Germany in 1992, prior to joining ICI’s European Headquarters in Belgium in 1997. When Huntsman acquired ICI’s Polyurethanes division in 2000, Stephane transferred across to the business. At Huntsman, Stephane has successfully driven growth and innovation in the global chemical and plastic industry across multiple leadership functions including Marketing, Business Management, Innovation and Business Development. His work has spanned many countries across Europe and Asia - including six years in Shanghai, where he led Huntsman’s TPU sales and marketing team.

Stephane has a passion for creating new business in an international context, growing people, and developing innovative ways to create value. His latest focus is on Additive Manufacturing - an emerging and disruptive industry. Here, Stephane is using his skills to connect people and business, and foster a solid eco-system focused on open innovation and collaboration with leading players in the field. Within Huntsman Polyurethanes, Additive Manufacturing is led by a Breakthrough Innovation Team and managed as an internal start-up business, which benefits from being part of a global and cross-functional Elastomers organization.

Stephane has an economics and marketing degree from the IESEG Business School in Lille, France).
